Reverse Engineering - FARO GAGE Arm
FARO arm CMM's can be used to obtain geometric details to a very high degree of accuracy on reverse engineering work. We have experience with this technology to measure the seemingly, immeasurable.

Reverse Engineering - 3D Scanning
3D Scanning to capture geometry where there is no CAD data.
We have experience using the latest FARO equipment and post processing software to deliver useable CAD data.

Investigation - Thermal Imaging
With our thermal camera, we can identify areas on an existing system where excessive heat may be a cause of failure, thus allowing an advantage when designing solution to heat affected component issues.

Calculations
All designs will start with calculations (to suitable codes such as DNV, Lloyds, ABS etc where required).
We can supply this information by means of MathCAD, Excel or by a written report.
